In addition to the CFA, Mr. Maas is a certified valuation analyst (CVA) and is accredited in business appraisal review (ABAR). Mr. Maas’ professional capability also includes being a certified merger and acquisition advisor (CM&AA) trained and experienced in buying and selling middle-market companies with revenues from $5 million to $500 million.
